In business you are so quick to hear from customers who have negative feedback and rarely do we hear the positive feedback,
so I would just like to say thank you so much, your customer service level exceeds expectation. Adam has been so understanding
with the late call outs, and to find staff with Damian’s commitment is rare, he was brilliant and considerate to the salon’s
requirements and wouldn’t give up without finding a solution to our power issue, even though it was getting late.
